I have only been using the cream for about 121 weeks but after my shoulder replacement surgery I was left with a long lumpy scar from under my arm to the top of my shoulder and I have found the cream not only flattened the scar but it is gradually fading it. I think another few months of use should benefit considerably.

I dotn write reviews on products but as a man who decided to squeeze some stress pimples to the point of scaring I was horribly self conscious. I rarely have pimples but moved house and work was a lot so had 4 or 5 that turned bad quickly.
Once they were ugly dark marks that were obviously acne scars I used this cream morning and night. I used it before or after sunscreen and it has reduced the scars to being barely noticeable. I genuinely thought I had scarred my face for the rest of my life. This product is worth every cent, stick with it for 6 weeks and you will thank yourself for buying it.
